Samo is a modern bistro led by chef-owner Elliot Brown. Alongside sous Chef Greg Sheppard, Chef Elliot brings you seasonal menus that reimagines classical European cooking. Focused on seasonal produce and high-quality ingredients from trusted local suppliers each dish is thoughtfully crafted to celebrate the best of the current season’s offerings. Set in a relaxed and welcoming space, Samo delivers an accessible dining experience, complemented by a thoughtfully curated wine list of over 30 bottles and a drinks menu which is designed to suit every guest, ensuring a well rounded dining experience for all. Each week, you can enjoy a thoughtfully curated selection of three starters, three mains and three desserts, chosen by Chef Elliot from our main menu and also some special seasonal dishes included
